Quizora stores data on servers we operate. Retention periods below are typical targets and may be adjusted for legal, security, or operational reasons (for example preserving records during an investigation).

1. Account & profile
User profile fields (name, email where applicable, avatar reference, Google ID) are retained while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymise personal identifiers within a reasonable period unless we must retain certain records for legal compliance.
2. Gameplay & sessions
Game sessions, answers, scores, room metadata, and related records may be retained for leaderboard integrity, dispute resolution, and product improvement. Unless a shorter period is configured for your deployment, we may retain detailed gameplay history for up to 24 months, after which we may aggregate or delete older rows.
Your production deployment can tune retention in the database; contact your administrator if you use a self-hosted instance.
3. Leaderboards & analytics
Weekly and global leaderboard aggregates may be derived from gameplay data. Aggregates may persist after underlying events are deleted, in anonymised or summary form.
4. Logs & security
Application and access logs (including IP addresses, request paths, and error traces) are typically retained for 30–90 days for security monitoring and incident response, unless a longer period is required by law or investigation.
5. Backups
Database backups may contain copies of the above data for disaster recovery. Backups roll off on a schedule (for example weekly snapshots) and are not used for routine analytics.
6. Deletion requests
To request deletion of your personal data, email contact@erevolutionsindia.com from the address associated with your account (or describe your account sufficiently for us to verify). We may need to retain certain records where required by law.
